Spatter Padder is an effective, economical, non-toxic,
anti-spatter compound developed by welding specialists and
engineers in conjunction with one of the most prominent
medical concerns in the country.
Spatter Padder is effective because it
was developed specifically for Metallic Inert Gas ("MIG")
welding spatter problems thus it outlasts the best makeshift
products by as much as 3:1**
Spatter Padder is economical because it
is effective.
** (Less than the cost of a nozzle; it will protect an entire
gun for months)
Spatter Padder is non-toxic as it contains
no Methylene Chloride or other toxic constituents, thinners
or propellants.**
Spatter Padder contains no silicones or
other elements harmful to paint or phosphatizing.**
Spatter Padder has been used extensively
for over thirty-five years on carbon and galvanized steel,
nickel and copper base alloys.**
Spadder Patter contains all food grade
(USP) materials.
Here's What It Does:
-
Permits easy spatter removal from nozzles,
tips, collets, fixtures, clamps, assemblies and all
other materials, regardless of process or technique.
- Eliminates abuse of semi-automatic and automatic equipment
due to spatter problems.
- Minimizes down time and equipment costs.
- Increases nozzle and contact tip life indefinitely.
- Minimizes fusing of electrode to contact tip (at higher
than normal voltage).
- Spatter Padder will not clog gas orifices.
- Spatter Padder will not cause porosity,
regardless of amount used.
